How do I start the planning process?
Send the booking form on the contact page, call or WhatsApp (868) 372-8620. We'll schedule a consultation to discuss your event details, preferences and budget, then create a customised proposal for you.
What is included in your event planning services?
Full planning covers venue selection, vendor coordination, event design and décor, catering management, RSVP management, entertainment booking and on-site event management, from the first planning stages to the final execution.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible for the best choice of dates. We recommend at least 2 months for full planning, 6 weeks for décor, 1 month for on-the-day coordination, 2 weeks for event staff and 10 days for rentals. Shorter timelines are often possible, so contact us even if your date is close.
Can you accommodate special requests?
Yes. Whether it's health requirements, transportation, dietary needs including halal, entertainment requests or unique décor ideas, we'll work them into your plan so the event is truly yours.
Do you plan events outside of San Juan?
Yes. We're based in El Socorro, San Juan and plan events across Trinidad and in Tobago, including weddings, engagements and carnival-weekend events.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plans change, so contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If a client cancels, 25% of the payment is non-refundable.
How do you handle unexpected changes on the event day?
Our team is experienced at on-the-spot adjustments, from a sudden change in weather to vendor issues, and handles them quickly so your event continues smoothly.
